Employment law compliance, strategic HR advice, industrial relations strategy
We help employers with compliance requirements - ensuring contracts, policies and procedures comply with legislation, enterprise agreements, awards and case law.

We prepare and review key employment documents including employment contracts, consultancy agreements, agency contracts, policies, procedures, codes of conduct and guidance notes to ensure employers are compliant and protected.
​
We provide general employment advice including in relation to performance management, disciplinary matters, illness or injury management, discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing, restructures, redundancy and termination.
​
We provide strategic industrial relations advice – advice and support on bargaining, interpretation of enterprise agreements., legal actions available to employers and management of disputes.
Dispute resolution
We can assist with employment litigation claims such as unfair dismissals, adverse action claims, breach of contract claims and enterprise agreement disputes in the Fair Work Commission, courts and state tribunals.

We can respond to “lawyer letters” or grievances from employees or unions and resolve them.

We conduct investigations, including clarifying allegations, interviewing witnesses, reviewing evidence, preparing investigation plans and writing investigation reports. We also conduct culture reviews of your team or organisation and provide recommendations to improve culture.

We deliver training on conducting workplace investigations tailored to your organisation while meeting legal requirements and ensuring a trauma informed approach.
Training and speaking
We can deliver training on all matters relating to the employment relationship including appropriate workplace behaviour, sexual harassment, managing ill and injured employees, performance management and disciplinary issues, and building a speak up culture.

We can also deliver training to boards on whistleblowing, bullying, governance and safety issues.
